How do I receive e-mail's from other members?

All e-mail's sent to you by other members using the Anne Selene's anonymous e-mail system are forwarded to your real e-mail address. This ensures your real e-mail address is always kept confidential. You need to do NOTHING to receive e-mail sent to your Anne Selene's account. If someone responds to your profile account on Anne Selene, we forward the message to your real e-mail account. When you reply to the message, we automatically forward it to the person who responded to you. In this way, neither person finds out the other person's e-mail address without permission.

You never have to give any personal details (such as your telephone number or address) to anyone unless you wish to do so and all correspondence is done via our anonymous e-mail facility. When you order from us, you will be asked for your contact details only if you're not logged in. If you use PayPal for payments, you might be asked again for your contact detail unless you're already a PayPal member.

If you use this site to meet people, for added personal safety follow these simple rules:

TIPS ON AD WRITING
How can I place an ad?
Title
A catchy title is essential for your profile since this will be the first thing members see along with your username.  So titles such as "Hello!" do not catch peoples attention where as personalised titles do.
Introductory text
Describe yourself, your likes and dislikes and do not be afraid to give as much detail as possible.  How many times have you read a personal ad that states:  "I enjoy music, movies, and going out."  This sentence describes millions of people!  The aim is to make yourself stand out from the rest!  Instead, name a recent movie that you enjoyed.  List some of your favourite music styles, song titles, or artists.   You are an individual, so let your potential date know!

Honesty is the best policy.  Above all, be honest when describing yourself.  No matter who you are, or what kind of person you are seeking, you have a better chance of finding that person -- and with less disappointment along the way -- if you are honest from the beginning

Ideal person

Be careful to avoid creating an ad that is simply a mile long list of characteristics you seek in another, without saying much about yourself.  It is better to let the person reading the ad decide if they might be a match.  This does not mean that you should not say nothing about what you seek, just don't overdo it.  You do not want to be too picky.
